Audio data is processed only as necessary to provide the speech-to-text or transcription feature requested by the user.
If audio processing is performed entirely by SALEscalate.ai and is not transmitted to an external processor:
Audio data is processed in real time and is not permanently stored, recorded, or retained. Audio is discarded after the transcription process is completed.
If a third-party speech-to-text provider is used, this paragraph must instead identify that provider and explain that audio is securely transmitted to the provider solely for transcription processing.
We do not permit audio data to be used by third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes.
